Terms of use

These terms govern use of the mingalar360 website and the mingalar360 guest app. By creating an account or completing a booking you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
mingalar360 lists wedding halls and related services in Myanmar. You can browse listings, book a hall, pay hall fees with MMQR, track booking status, and send invitations after a booking is confirmed. Listings, prices, packages, and availability are provided by hall and service owners. mingalar360 operates the marketplace software; it is not itself the wedding venue or vendor unless a listing says so.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact details, including a reachable Myanmar phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password and sign-in codes private. We may suspend an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or used to harm other guests or listing partners.
Hall bookings
A hall booking is a request against the listing you chose (date, package, guest count, seating, and add-ons). Availability can change until payment and confirmation complete. Once payment clears according to the checkout you used, the booking follows the status shown in the app or website (for example pending review, confirmed, or declined). The hall owner remains responsible for providing the venue as described.
Payments
Hall payments use MMQR through MyanMyanPay. You pay the hall in Myanmar kyat in the real world. This is not Google Play Billing and not Apple In-App Purchase. mingalar360 does not store your wallet PIN, OTP, or card number. A booking may use a deposit or installment plan if the listing offers one; amounts and due dates are shown at checkout and on the booking. Failed, expired, or cancelled QR sessions do not confirm a booking.
Marketplace services
Public services (photography, décor, catering, and similar) are introductions to owners. The guest app and website use Call now so you can reach the owner by phone. We are not selling those services as in-app digital goods, and new in-app service checkouts are disabled. Any contract for a service is between you and the owner.
Invitations and guests
When a booking is confirmed, the host may invite guests. Invitation links are meant for people the host chooses. Do not scrape, spam, or publicly post private invite links. Guests who RSVP share the attendance details they submit with the host and with mingalar360 so the event can be run.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no fake bookings, no payment fraud, no scraping listings at scale, no uploading unlawful photos, and no attempts to access other people’s accounts, owner studios, or admin tools. Do not use mingalar360 for events or content that violate Myanmar law.
Photos and listings
Hall and service photos belong to the listing partner or their licensors. You may not copy them to run a competing listing without permission. Payment screenshots you upload are used only to verify that booking payment.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellation, reschedule, and refund rules follow the hall listing and the payment status at the time you ask. mingalar360 can help you contact the owner and can show payment references. We do not guarantee a refund from a hall or from MyanMyanPay. Contact the office number on this site if a confirmed booking does not match what you paid for.
Availability of the apps
We aim to keep the website and guest app available, but maintenance, network issues in Myanmar, or third-party outages (payments, hosting, push) can interrupt service. Features such as lock-screen notifications need a store build and your permission; they may be unavailable in Expo Go or on a simulator.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Myanmar law, mingalar360 is not liable for venue quality, vendor performance, guest attendance, or losses caused by a hall or service owner. Our responsibility for the software marketplace is limited to the fees you paid through mingalar360 for that booking, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example proven fraud on our side).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Disputes will be handled in Myanmar unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use mingalar360 after an update, the new terms apply. The privacy policy is part of how we handle personal data and should be read with these terms.
